Sonja Probst
was born on 28 Jul 1975 in Mainz. From 1995 to 2003 she studied at the Johannes Gutenberg-University Education Comparative Literature, Anglistik and journalism. During her studies she wrote articles for the Allgemeine Zeitung, Mainz, and worked as an assistant editor at "3sat". In July 2003 she began an internship in the editorial of the "Wiesbaden Kurier. From July 2005 she worked as a local editor of the Allgemeine Zeitung, Mainz.

Ernst Probst
came on Jan 20, 1946 in Neunburg vorm Wald in the Bavarian administrative region Upper Palatinate to the world. He worked as a journalist in Nuremberg, Bayreuth and Mainz, and later as a book author and finally as a publisher as well as fossil dealers and antique dealers. He wrote the world for German-language newspapers, magazines and news agencies and has written numerous popular science books.
